SZTL happily exchange your purchased products (less postage) in the form of store credit or exchange (if it's still available) if the issue is sizing or faulty items for stock bulk items. 

 

 

 

 🥀 MUST RETURN the products with its original packaging, undamage, unaltered or unwashed and tag still attach. If you or child already worn the clothes either just for photos, the return/exchange is not valid anymore. 

🥀EXCHANGE should be done within 14 days from the date of purchased for damaged items.

 

 🥀 NO EXCHANGE on SALE ITEMS unless there's a proof of damaged (need to provide photo evidence).

 

  🥀 NO REFUNDS for change of mind or over spending

 

 🥀-If your order contains Pre-Order items and in stock items your order will ship out once all items are in stock.

 

 🥀 For MYSTERY BOX and GOODY BAG~ No return, exchange or refund just because you don't like what you got. MYSTERY box is what is for. You're very welcome to sell your unwanted items in our VIP. 

 

  🥀 Living Doll Ph items due to availability, SZTL doesn't provide exchange, refund or return being LVD has limited quantity or most Sold out stocks. SZTL provides size comparison with LVD and SZTL clothing for you to check your correct sizing before purchasing.

  🌷All pre-orders and custom made items are non refundable if you  change your mind, lack of communication, and must be paid after 8 weeks after initial deposit or before the goods finishes. Otherwise a non refundable deposit is retain. DUE TO HIGH DEMANDS, our customers gowns are slower turn around than usual. Estimate is 15 to 25 weeks depending on the detail designs. Not including holidays, weekends and posting time. 

Boys suit turn around estimate is 25-30 days plus shipment .

 No refund on pre order deposit. 

No refund on pre-order stocks.

Once you confirm the draft order, and sent to get it made,  no refunds due to change of mind or overspending as we have accepted your order to queue up. Therefore losing potential customers when we accept yours.

Custom orders are process by ordering your materials, pattern to make, and ordering materials to be made,  therefore once the draft is confirmed and process no refund. 

Custom orders cannot be 100% accurate as the original picture as we are handmade . Remake of original designs  cannot be 100% accurate as we may have sold out on materials like trims,laces,etc... we can only recreate as close as possible.  Also original design may have been made by another dressmaker. 

You have 15 days to ask refund from date of paying the initial payment for cancellation after the deposit.

 Process time for custom gowns with already been originally made is 2-3 months plus shipping 

Process time for sketch design 6 months estimate plus shipping

Process time for custom made to fit boys suit estimate 30 days plus shipping 

Process time estimate for stock gowns 40 days plus shipping 

We can send international express directly to you at international courier cost. Cost not included in your gown/suit  unless discussed.

 Please  allow 2-3 business days to ship your orders if ship from Australia 

 All our custom gowns,samples,ZuriPh and Sazzy design and custom suits are handmade.  ZuriPh is base in Philippines. Gown makers are small company base in China consists of 10 people. Tailor is base in China with only 1-2 people. 

 For custom orders, there's no refund . If the issue is sizing, you have to prove it to us what went wrong with proofs of pictures, we offer to get it fix and pay for alteration as long as you send us detailed invoice of the altered product. If the issues is quality, please provide as many pictures as you can as we then send these to the suppliers. 

For faults and sizing issues (over or short from the supplier issues), please send it back to us and will get it fix.

Once the dress is started to make for custom orders, we cannot offer refund as these are specific individual orders therefore we can't resell.  

We will do our utmost best to communicate with with you while these orders are process, and update you with issues and other things so you are aware of what's going on.

 

 

Sazzy designs : The gowns I designed from sketch. I have the full rights for it to be remake and reproduce unless its an OOAK piece . It's my ideas so I can only make decisions if it needs design to alter, change , edit or redo the original sketch designs while it's being made.
